Las Vegas - Free Encore Las Vegas Rooms???

I got an interesting offer from Wynn/Encore las vegas in my email today. They are offering me 3 free nights on select days in the month of January. This seems to be a targeted offer to Select Red Card Members only. I am definetly NOT a high roller. I played only to get the free buffets when i was in town back in July of this year. Is vegas hurting this bad? or did they send this to me on accident???

As posted in the LV forum (http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/las-vegas/876031-vegas-really-hurting-8.html ; see posts 106, 135, etc.) this seems to be a general promotion among anyone who is rated, so is not really targeted... and thus not an accident. :)

I got the offer and I haven't played there in almost a year. Rats, I can't use it.
