American Express Membership Rewards - "Online Assistant" Toolbar Offer

I got an email offer from AMEX a few days ago. The email contained the language below and a link to download the "Online Assistant" Toolbar. Did anyone else get it?

Earn 5,000 Membership Rewards® points when you register
your Online Assistant toolbar.

You've been selected to receive a complimentary new service from American Express. The Online Assistant remembers passwords, automatically fills in forms at checkout, and even saves receipts. You can shop with ease and convenience during this holiday season and all year round."

I got it a month or two ago, got the bonus points. It doesn't work with firefox, which is my primary browser. I got the bonus points.
