Just a head's up. I was at 2 TJ Maxx's and they have 50" by 60" cashmere throws. They are in boxes. One store had them by the jewelery department on a cube and the other was on an end back in the home section.
They are 2 different prices - $99.99 & 129.99. The more expensive one has a ruffle all the way around the edge whereas the other has fringe on two ends. I bought one of each as I wanted to take them home to compare. The less expensive one is by far nicer - even though they are the same brand. I loved the idea of the ruffle edges but the quality is far less which I suspected based upon my "touch" test in the store. The one I'm keeping is a heather grey. There was a darker grey with fringe that felt even thicker than this one but I decided it might be a little too heavy for the airplane.
Just thought I would pass this great buy info along for anyone who is wanting a cashmere throw for travel.
