I am trying to plan a family trip for Aug 2009 and was considering the Orlando area. Looking further at a few of the properties, I noticed one in particular, the Sheraton Vistana Villages, offered a rate entitled NO HOUSEKEEPIN RATE on a one bedroom villa (Also have seen it appear as Nohk Bar9 or NOHK10 in the promo code field in other months like March). Explained as such:
Rate Plan Description: This Rate Does Not Include Daily House Keeping Service
Would this mean the rate is lower because one is declining daily housekeeping services? If so, that's pretty cool. I have read previous threads and saw that some Starwood properties offered incentives such as starpoints or breakfast credits. However, I am curious if this particular offer would be available at others? Or available on a 2 bedroom villa as well?
