i´m the only one with problems with the centurion hotline in france?
i´m thinking about to send a letter to the directors and would like to know
if there are more experiences (good and bad) with the traveller service.

examples:
no call back
i was in hotels and noticed that i´m without reservation
very slow and not customer oriented (if i call account services there are very customer oriented)
not answering the phone
i travel outside france, french centurion travelservice is not able to communicate with the hotels
i´m not feeling like a customer there
if i have any problem with stolen cards or when i lost my cards and needed money in china, they was very good, but the traveller service is :-((((

Are you sure you aren't a member in Germany ? ;)
Sounds exactly what I get form the German Cent team ...

i´m calling in germany right now, as the service in germany is a lot better! :-)
try out the french hotline if you like, you will love the german team ;-)
