American Express Membership Rewards - Possibly of MR to UA or AC miles?

Anyone know of a channel to suggest that to MR department?

I tried calling SG hotline to get the email for the rewards department to forward my suggestion for MR and to point out improvement in Krisflyer co-branded card, but it was just impossible, they eventually give me a platinum email which was I have gotten quite a maddening reply as below.

Currently, AC/UA is not anywhere found in our service partnership agreement.

Thus, if at all, in near future, there is such an agreement, our customers would certainly be notified.

Maybe I didn't make it clear, I am refering to transfering to Singapore MR to AC or UA. Anybody knows of the right person that I can forward the email to? Amex SG Hotline is just unhelpful. :td: Thanks.
