Hertz - Upgrade Coupons- Honored?

Hi there!

As a member of the Hertz Small Biz Program, I get upgrade coupons mailed to me (standard to premium).

I have also upgraded several of my employees to Gold Status and made reservations for them using the upgrade coupons.

As one will be traveling to ORD to pick up a visiting VIP, what is the chance that the upgrade will be honored?

Hit or miss, but I would give that employee full authority to upgrade at the desk considering the client.
