Need a 10K mileage run from DCA or another DC area a/p. Has to be 12/19 and 12/20 and $800 or less.

That's going to be a tough date for that budget.
You can do 12/27 DCA-EWR-AMS; 12/28 AMS-IAH; 12/29 IAH-DCA (and could go standby IAH-DCA on 12/28) for $780a/i.
Alternately, you can do it all 12/27-12/28 without worrying about standby for $890 a/i.
10,300 EQM (when bought on Co.com)
