Cathay Pacific Asia Miles - Changes to CX-issued oneworld award?

Thinking about issuing a CX one world award and would like to know if changes are permitted, and if so what type (routing, date/time only, carrier) and when (before all travel, after travel)?

AFAIK, CX awards can only have date changes after ticket has been issued. Best people to ask would be asiamiles.
