...and it's busted. I couldn't get an ICN-HKG-BKK-xHKG-LAX...itinerary going as the tool got stuck in not able to find a BKK-xHKG-LAX connection for the date I was looking for, whereas expert flyer shows availability.

It still not fully baked to a point where I couldn't even get far enough to price out an itinerary.

don't know about your dates, but worked well for me.

As discussed in the thread in the oneworld forum, the availability on some key routes (e.g. HKG-JFK in A) as shown by the OW tool is far less than that shown by, for example, ExpertFlyer. Moreover if you book a ticket there with the first flight on CX you pay CX fuel fines, so you can save a lot of money doing it the traditional way through the AA RTW desk.
