I'm debating whether to give her my old unlocked 8800 Blackberry and buy a sim card for it before she leaves (for voice/texts only)
or
just let her buy a cheap local phone when she gets there. I'm unsure as to what's required (if anything) for a non-MEX resident to set up an account with TelCel.
