Is there a way to pick a fare class when booking a domestic flight on KE's website? I want to fly GMP-KPO tomorrow, and the fare I get on KE.com is O-class (no earning on CO). I'd like to book one of the fare classes that earn miles on CO (http://www.continental.com/CMS/en-US/marketing/custcomm/promotions/Pages/AirlinePartnerDetails.aspx?ItemId=57) (yeah, CO sucks in this regard).

And yes, I am aware that booking C will get me miles. :)

just book on www.expedia.com most tickets seem to come up with Y so you could get full miles...

Anyone know about this "o" (oh, not zero) class fare? Does it really ticket as O-class? It doesn't show up on ITA, even if I ticket in SEL.

(BIMMERKID2: Thanks for the PM)

If you want to earn miles on ST FFPs.
You should call KE and book it through the reservation agent.
The booking class is then Y, which earns you 100% miles flown on any ST FFPs.
The price is almost same.
There is only one price for KE domestic which is set by the government.
O is the Internet fare class , which gives sometimes 10-30 % discount.

Thanks. What's odd is that there is no discount for the ticket that I want (the discount column is 0,000KRW).

 It looks like I have to book by phone anyways. KE doesn't take Amex and requires SecureCode for MC, which mine (Chase) doesn't support (I do have a Visa debit card that supports Verified..., but personal experience has taught me not to use debit cards). Maybe I'll try at KCAT, since I'll have to be at COEX in a few hours anyways.

I'm getting the distinct impression that KE really doesn't like this "Internet" thing (see this recent thread (http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/showthread.php?t=895820)).
