My girlfriend will be traveling alone for the first time on several flights. She has only basic English skills and is traveling to my parents to spend Christmas with them and me. I can't leave China until 3 days after she does. I am worried about her transferring between gates, especially at Newark. She will be transferring from the SFO-EWR flight to a small embraer jet (all on Continental) for EWR-CLT What can she expect. Is there any way to get help for her and make sure she gets to her connection?
