iDine/Rewards Network - Delta bonus promotions thru 12/15/08

I know the terms and conditions require you to first fulfill the $200 spend for the Miles upon Miles bonus, but does anyone know whether or not your can then earn the Ticket to Dine Bonus, as well?

The t&c says, "Offer is combinable with the VIP Rate Your Dine bonus and 'Hot Deals' but otherwise not combinable with other SkyMiles Dining bonuses, including the 'Miles Upon Miles Bonus'."

Correct, but I am not trying to combine the two.

Once I have completed the miles upon miles bonus -- which was done by dining with friends at Whym in NYC last night, I would like to know whether I am eligible or not to pursue the Ticket to Dine bonus.

I have no intention to "double dip" on the bonuses, just want to complete them in a serial fashion if I were to actually get the second bonus for a $50 or more dine at a participating establishment.

Anyone with actual knowledge whether they received both bonuses -- or not -- would be appreciated.

Good to hear, but one question.

Did you register, qualify and recieve your miles for Ticket to Dine before again registering for Miles upon Miles?

As I recall, the Ticket bonus was alone for some time before the Miles Bonus first appeared, and the Miles bonus has the "superseding" langauge to it whereas the Ticket did not.

This is the reply I received from my contact at Rewards Network regarding the two concurrent Delta promotions:

The Miles Upon Miles Promotion does supersede the Ticket to Dine
promotion, however, once the $200 in qualified dining has taken place
then the next qualified dine of $50 will count towards the Ticket to
Dine promotion.

So, you can earn the Ticket to Dine bonus once you have qualified for the Miles upon Miles bonus!
