Travel Technology - Remote Support - eBLVD alternative?

Looking for a cheap/free alternative to eBLVD's Support Center service:

They charge $60/mo or $600/yr - I only want it maybe a few times a year - something where I can send a link to someone and then access their computer once they click it.

I am using the GoTo Assist Express tool from Citrix. It is free right now but I think that might change when it comes out of Beta. It works phenomenally well and I've been very happy with it.
