Hi all,
I will be flying CX883 LAX -> HKG this Sat in Y, I was planning to do a Mileage upgrade, but the flight is full in J showing
CX 883 Cabin class: F3 A3 J0 C0 D0 I0 Y0 B0 H0 K0 M0 L0 V0 S0
1. If the next flight CX881 have J seats left, can I do a mileage upgrade from CX883 Y to CX881 J at check-in counter?
2. Do they bump people up from J to F, to make room for Y to J op-up, that is, is there any chance for Y to J op-up (I am CX gold) if Y overbook, J is just full but F still has room?
3. Or do they bump people up from J to F, so that I can do my Y to J mileage upgrade?
