Hilton HHonors - getting other peoples emails

So, I have gotten 3-4 email folios, none of which are mine.

I got the first over the weekend from a HI in Columbus, OH. I thought a small mistake, I have stayed here before. Now the next three are coming through from places I have never been.

Thoughts

My daughter once received an email confirmation of a Hertz reservation for someone with the same name. With google we were able to figure out a likely email for the person. We forwarded it to her, but never heard back.

If you've gotten 4 of them (from hilton, presumably), I would suggest
sending an email to Hilton customer service about it.

I got an email from Hilton last week saying that due to computer issues, they had sent out email confirmation to wrong people. Since I did not get any wrong ones, I can only assume that someone else got LongingForORD's confirmations for tomorrow night. I hope they checked me into a great room!:D

They did assure me that no personal information was given out. So at least they identified (and I assume corrected ) their error.
