Hi Folks!

I spend couples of hours (calling out oft Europe!) wating in the expedia tel-hotline for a simple change.

The facts:

In a business-class AIR CANADA shedule there was a time change in some domestic USA-legs, all on AC code. The result was: two legs had to be changed to an earliers flight same day.

No problem for the first flight, but the second one (it is DEN-LAX) they booked me on UA-code.

All the flight are opb UA, but all on AC code.
And on the new one there is as well an AC code, but exp. is unable to book me on that and they refuse to book me in first class UA, becaue I only booked "business class".

As I said before: Hotline is completely unable to change that flight into AC code again and now I want wo write the via oldschooled mail.

Which adress should I use?

I have no experience writing expedia but I found some numbers that "might" help hopefully...

1-800-EXPEDIA (1-800-397-3342) or 1-404-728-8787

Thanks.

The phone numbers I know!

I have been on hold on the hotline for hours!

All the callcenter-agents are unable to do anything!

I dont think an email is changing things......

I will try to send my problem with the ggod old mail. We will see what will happen.
