Can you call ahead to a airport location to make a request?

Renting out of MKE again...Gonna be a low of 4 in GB. Like to make a request for a vehicle with heated seats...Tight schedule and don't want to waste time at the counter digging for a vehicle with heated seats...Rented a C vehicle...

Can that be done? Anyone know the number for MKE?

I think you'll be lucky to find a "C" vehicle with heated seats. I've found them on "H" cars -- Volvo S60, Hyundai Azera. No harm in calling. Worst that can happen is they say no. Try 414-747-5200 .

I've called ahead before to request specific vehicles or upgrades, but asking for a specific feature might be tough. Try to request a Subaru Outback perhaps -- every single one I've seen at Hertz has heated seats.

I often call the day I am scheduled to arrive to non-Prestige locations to let them know when I plan on arriving and if they could set aside any Prestige vehicle they have or other high-end Luxury car outside of a Towncar.

Maybe I should just try to luck it?!? Maybe get an upgrade for once!
