Travel Technology - Is paypal down?

I;ve been trying to buy a netbook on ebay using the cashback -but when I try to pay for the last hour using paypal I keep getting an error message saying the "service is not available" I've emailed ebay but no answer. Anyone getting paypal to work now?

Working for me, right now, 10:45 a.m. EST on Saturday, Nov. 29.

I've been trying for over 24 hours - keep getting the same error message that transaction can't be completed and an error code 50301 - and to try again (is 20x's enough tries?)

I am currently in Malaysia - could they be blocking transactions from there? (altho have us address and item is being shipped to my us address)
