I can't seem to find the 800 phone number for the Marco Polo Service Center.
I am trying to reach them from the US. Any help with a number?
Thanks!

It's 011-800-2747-5500. Then enter your MPC number when prompted.

I'm also having trouble calling and I'm in HKG. The line is busy since this morning.
I think it has to do with the recent events in Thailand.

The MPC is known to be busy very often. The situation in Bangkok probably gets that worse. I shall suggest calling after midnight HK time or early morning if you can wait. There is no guarantee you can get through, but the chance of getting through is much better.

Just curious... does MPC prioritize calls from different tiers like DM and GO members? You know when you're asking to enter your MPC # I assume their system will automatically screen the caller’s status.

I know if the line is busy then it won't matter. I'm just wondering under normal circumstances if they do that.

Yes, calls are prioritised by tier levels after MPC #s are entered. On the other hand, starting about a month ago, DM members have another number to call to avoid engaged tone.

FYI. I called around 1:00pm pacific time and had no wait. Got right through.

That is a good time to call. After midnight is normally good, but I heard cases that the wait was long. In your case, people in HK are normally asleep at 5am. I suppose most callers at that time are overseas.
