Hi,
I just flew with BA from JFK to Moscow, and tried crediting the mileage to Asia Miles..
I received a reply that the class was not eligable...
Anyone know how I can find out what class I flew on BA (in economy) and if indeed it cannot be credited?
Thanks

You can check that out from Asia Miles web page.

Thanks, but how can I tell on my online itinerary what class ticket I bought?
In the e-mail I received from BA I don't see any letter corresponding to class.. Just says World Traveler and Euro Traveler
Thanks

Check the first letter of your fare basis. @:-)
You receive 100% credit for classes Y/B/H; 50% for classes K/L/M; nothing for others. :(
For example, the current lowest BA fare for JFK-DME is QLXNCNAU. It is a Q class fare and receives no miles. :(

When you say 'not credited' do you mean the leg was shown on your status but with 0 miles and 0 sector?
I remember AM will still show the flight that’s not eligible for mile accrual on your activity list. If that's the case, most likely you were on a deep discounted booking class that AM will not credit you with anything.
However, if you did not give your AM number before taking the flight and try to credit the non eligible class after then AM will simply just reject it.
