Women Travelers - Can eye makeup remover pads be included in carry-on bags?

My daughter is packing for our flight tomorrow and I'm hoping not to check any bags. This is tough for my teenage daughter who typically travels with lots of cosmetics, but she's a good kid and is trying to winnow it down. She asked me how you deal with eye makeup remover pads, as they come in a little plastic circular jar and don't give a weight or volume. This is out of the realm of my experience and I'm wondering if you have any guidance. If they can be taken on, do they have to be included in the toiletries baggy?

II searched for eye makeup remover pads and didn't find a thread that dealt with these things explicitly, although I may have missed it].

Thanks for your help.

I have carried the Almay eye make-up remover pads (which come in their own container) on many times without a problem. They are not a liquid and don't need to be in the baggie.

I just discovered this website: http://www.minimus.biz/

They have a lot of small items for travel, purse-sized stuff, etc including makeup removers, etc. I'm sure it's been posted before, but thought I would share it.
