Looks like they are running a 2x/3x promo this Xmas sjopping season, so if you have to buy some stuff, you could pick up quite a few miles there...

I signed up for this service and bought some stuff at bestbuy.com instore pickup. Points take ages to post... the performance to track purchases is patchy too. Not as bad as the bmi online shopping things, but...

I constantly had to fight for the miles that I was supposed to get from ADX ("Shopmilesandmore") Finally I received 250 miles for a purchase of over $ 1000,- and asked M&M how this credit was calculated. (I believe that I called them about 5 times and I sent them several messages through their website.) Around January, 20, 2011 their CS told me "I am having difficulties to pull up this website but I will escalate it" --- A few days later I received a message (naturally without a name) saying "iPads and iPhones are excluded from receiving credits" No answer when I asked them if that was something new for 2011 since I had made the purchase in 2010 and there was no information indicating that certain products were excluded. I also asked how they were able to look that up since their website had been down since the beginning of the year. In February 2011 I saw that this website was still down and called again. this time I was advised that Shopmilesandmore had been discontinued since the first week of January 2011. It is a shame how LH treats their customers, no information on their website about this issue and even when their customers call they act like they don't know anything. LH obviously does not care about treating customers like morons, instead of being honest and explaining that the credit did not go through because they discontinued the program they just come up with some story that nobody can verify since the website does not exist anymore.
