I redeemed points for a $50 gift card about 6 weeks ago and it finally arrived after many phone calls to the customer service department. Each time I called they told me to wait - not helpful at all. Finally I spoke with a customer service supervisor and he promised to investigate. Has anyone had trouble redeeming for rewards with dinersclub?
