Religious Travelers - Ever spent Shabbos in Delhi and/or Kathmandu?

Does anyone have any experience of spending Shabbos in either place? There's Chabad in Kathmandu, right? Any suggestions / ideas / warnings? And where is best to stay in Kathmandu that's a reasonable walk from Chabad? Thanks! FF
