Las Vegas - Four nights from Jan 1 - Four Seasons (upgraded) vs Venetian discount (concierge)

I have through a Virtuoso travel agent booked for the three of us (my wife and 12 yr old daughter) a room at the Four Seasons. The booking is fully refundable.
We have stayed there twice before, and really enjoyed the hotel.
We have been upgraded from the basic room. We get a daily breakfast credit.
Now that the Venetian/Palazzo is offering a holiday discount, I can get the concierge level at the Venetian (2 queen beds) for roughly the same price
(1300-$1350 for the 4 nights). I have reviewed the benefits at the web site for the Venetian (I have not had the chance tor review the price or amenties at the concierge level at the Palazzo). I (among the three of us) have stayed at a basic room (or should I say suite) in the past.
In terms of the basic suite at the Venetian, it is better than the upgraded room at the Four Seasons. However, the overall service and atmosphere is better at the Four Seasons than at the Venetian.
Are there any hotels on the Strip where we can stay for four nights at a cheaper price, but at a similar quality hotel, with a similar degree of service as the Four Seasons?

sounds like you should stick with FS.
if you go with venetian, go with venezia.
if you want cheaper, go with thehotel.
palms place is off strip.
wynn tower and skylofts would be more expensive and are booked.

Besides service what else is your fancy while in Vegas? Do you gamble? If not then Four Seasons is your best choice. You can likely get the Wynn at the same price but probably without similar Venetian concierge service.
If you just want to relax, alternatively, you can book Ritz Carlton Lake Las Vegas through Virtuoso.

We do not really gamble - we do things as a family.
However, the concierge floor of the Venetian intrigued me - with the lounge and other benefits. You are saying that I should still stay at the Four Seasons?
...if you go with venetian, go with venezia...
Kagehitokiri, has the Venezia tower been renovated yet? Not sure when you were last there but it's gotten really worn out IMO. I'd personally avoid if not renovated yet. On my last stay there, earlier this year, I couldn't wait to get out of that tower and into the recently renovated/upgraded original tower.
Concierge level in the Palazzo might be the way to go... I'm partial to that over the Venetian these days.

Venezia tower has not been renovated. However, I don't consider the present condition of the Venezia suites to be far worse than the Venetian tower prior to its renovation.

If you have a concierge suite on the Venetian side then it is at the Venezia tower. I don't consider Venezia concierge a significant upgrade. However, if you have reservations at Palazzo with access to their concierge then it might be worth it. See Baccarat_king's post (http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/showpost.php?p=10037621&postcount=19) for more details.
Since you do activities as a family, one thing you might want to consider is location as Venetian is more center strip than Four Seasons so might be important to you. Additionally, Venezia tower is quite a bit of a hike to get to and fro (discussed many times previously on this board) so that too may play a part in your decision. Suggest double checking your reservation and if it is at Palazzo with concierge level access then go with Palazzo, otherwise, go with Four Seasons.

Reviewing the web site of the Venetian/Palazzo - you get one hour of free internet access through the business center computer (I do not have a laptop).
What, if any, are the charges to access the business center computer at the Four Seasons hotel?

I knew someone who stayed there last year, and I recall him complaining about the business center there charging internet access on a per-min basis.

I've stayed at Venetian's concierge suites and Four Seasons, along with a lot of Vegas upper scale hotels. In my opinion, it's very, very hard to match Four Seasons service anywhere else in Vegas without dropping a LOT of cash for things like Wynn Tower Suites, or Skylofts at MGM, as has been mentioned.
The cocktail hour/continental breakfast is a nice benefit, but unless you're aching for a change of scenery, I'd stick with what you originally booked. And yes, the location of Venezia's a bit of a problem (though the concierge folks get to use the better elevators).
