Delta/KAL and KAL/Vietnam Air Codeshare

Delta codeshares with Korean Airlines. They in turn codeshare with Vietnam airlines. Does anyone know if i can use my Delta miles for reward tickets on Vietnam Airlines?

Well it probably would have been best to post it in the DL forum since you want to use Skymiles. Generally speaking codeshare flights are off limits if the operating carrier isn't a mileage partner which VN is not (yet at least).

KE has their own flights to/from Vietnam which is probably your best bet, availability on KE intra-asia is usually pretty good though the times aren't always ideal on their SE Asian flights.

I think NW also does SGN if that's your destination.

Vietnam Air isn't part of Skyteam nor part of partner airlines therefore not redeemeable using Skymiles. However, if KE equipment is used with Vietnam Air code sharing, you can redeem it. However it sounds like the flight is a Viet Air equipmentm so no.
Look for availability on KE or NW instead.
