bmi diamond club - Retrospective Mileage Claim

I posted a claim for roughly 23K miles from an RTW 2 weeks ago and nothing has posted to my account; retrospective milage claims in the past have taken less than a week. I'm Gold 55k+, so this equates to over 50K miles, which I am intending to use for a trip.

I presume this is due to a backlog, is anyone else having the same problem?

Took about a week last month - are you sure they were point earning flights?

Yes, definately all Y/M/B class on United, ANA and Swiss. I did once post a boarding stub for a flight in a non-miles earning class ono LH and BD returned it to me with the explaination.

I'll leave it until next week, and then write another letter to the folk down in Annesley.
