iDine/Rewards Network - CO, many restaurants getting out, year end...

...Anyone know why? Is this just the normal turnover, and I've just never noticed it because it hasn't touched either the FF programs or restaurants that I'm interested in? I know this is picked up piecemeal in other threads, but there seems to be more going on when taken together. Moreover, when a whole FF program - long affiliated - and apparently many restaurants are leaving at once, it begs the question.** And even moreover, it would seem that restaurants would be more into promotions, not less, in the current climate.

** For instance, did the terms just change in a major way?
