The hotel is in a terrible location approx 20 minutes via Shuttle from Terminal 1 or the RER Station in Terminal 2. The staff at reception speak very little English, I have a Gold Elite card and was expecting some kind of upgrade, it didn't happen. The first room I was given didn't have a functioning phone, when I asked for a change of room they appeared very put out, the second room I was allocated the power points didn't work, I couldn't charge my laptop, I also had to pay for a data cable since the hotel doesn't have wireless in the rooms only in the lobby. I made a complaint about the power points and was told there were only suites left and I would have to pay to upgrade, here I thought my status would work to my benefit and they would do this for free, not a hope. The only thing I can recommend about the hotel is the restaurant, they serve excellent food.
In that same week that as my stay in Paris I also stayed at the Regent Zagreb and twice at the Radisson SAS Gardermoen, both hotels upgraded my room and provided excellent service, I was highly disappointed that Charles de Gaulle didn't live up the standards that the other two locations offered..
All in all the stay was the worst I have had in a Radisson Hotel, next time I have to stay near Charles de Gaulle I will stay in the Hilton.
After leaving the hotel I thought I would write a letter to Customer Services at Goldpoints Plus and express my disappointment, they forwarded it onto the Hotel and I received a letter from the Hotel Manager basically telling me that if I wasn't happy with the service then I shouldn't come back, don't worry I won't.
