I noticed earlier today that there were some changes to the survey questions. There is a new one asking whether RN participation influenced your decision to go to the restaurant. It was yes/no only -- a mistake in my opinion. To encourage their participation, the restaurant should be informed if I am only going there because of RN!
They also removed the question on when you expect to return and just asked whether you expected to return. (It's unfortunate that they removed the "out of town" option).
I think that's it (having completed the rating, I can't get back in to check the questions).
