I have registered as Asiana Club member by completing a form at Asiana Airlines office in Singapore.
Right now, I am trying to create a password for my online account. I was informed by the system that I am an Asiana Club member but not I-Club Member and prompted me to register. At the next page, my name is pre-filled in the screen with a space between my First and Middle Name. When I try to proceed to the next page, I have gotten an error message indicating that I need to indicate my names in Roman characters only. I have tried to request for a password to be sent to me via email at the website. When I tried to login, I have obtained the same message asking me to register as I-Club member after checking my membership status online. In this case, what should I do? Anyone has problems with this before? Thanks!
