Asiana Club - ORD Lounge Access for Asiana F

I'm traveling in OZ F ORD-ICN next weekend, connecting from Washington, DC. Could anyone who knows please provide insight on F lounge access at ORD? Which lounge, access procedure, etc. We have a lengthy layover so lounge would be helpful. Thanks.

Asiana uses the JAL lounge located after security in Terminal 5. There is a first class section located to the left and the business class section is to the right. The lounge is unimpressive with no windows/view.

The Asiana ticket counter opens at I think 9pm, so if you are arriving (United?) much earlier I would stay in Terminal 1 Concourse C and hang out at the First International Lounge near gate C18.

Technically you are departing the next day at 1am, so I'm not sure how lounge access works, someone else can shed insight on this.
