Has anyone found a power adapter for the Asipre One yet that is usable on an airplane? I guess it would have to be EmPower-compatible, since Delta is what I fly 99% of the time.

I am *fairly* sure that any of the iGo chargers with an Acer tip will work on the Aspire one. I've used a generic Acer tip with my APC external battery pack, and it worked just fine on the Aspire One.

I'd give iGo a call on Monday if I were you (www.igo.com)

FYI, the Aspire One uses the iGo "103" tip, which ships with the base 85 watt unit.

Cheers.

Thanks much for that info! I'll put those on my Christmas wish list. I really want them for my trip to Egypt next year!

Just in case you are interested, I found an aspireoneuser forum. All things Aspire One are discussed. One thread had to do with tips for the igo. The consensus there was that the #114 tip was the way to go.

I think I'll give igo a call on Monday to verify which is better.

I would trust the users over the company, in general :)

I have an old iGo, and the tips are differently-numbered. The #3 tip on that one works on my Aspire One. Just got a chance to shake it out on a Thanksgiving trip, and I'm very pleased with the unit and the battery life.

Cheers.
