TalkBoard Elections/08 - Announcement: ClueByFour

Candidate for the TalkBoard, ClueByFour, has dropped from consideration for election to the TalkBoard based on new work-related assignments that would not allow him the time he would have liked to devote to representing the members of FlyerTalk. Effective immediately, he is withdrawing his candidacy.
