Travel Technology - GPS for airports?

Is there such a thing? What about those of us who are directional dysfunctional? I could get lost in a circle.

What tips do you have for getting around those huge airports and traveling from one spot to another with just a few minutes before boarding?

Getting a signal inside the terminal is likely to me too difficult to make such an approach feasible.

Just read the signs. They're pretty foolproof/universal.
