Radisson goldpoints plus - Goldpoints to air miles

On September 25th I transferred 300000 Goldpoints to my Delta Skymiles account for 54000 miles. It has been almost 6 weeks and they have not posted yet. I called Delta and they have no idea what I was talking about. I have an email from Goldpoints saying the points are out of my account and it is now up to the airline to post the miles. Anyone else done this and how long did it actually take?

Call GP - they have a very decent customer service.
I've seen it anywhere from 1 to probably 4-6 weeks to complete the transfer.

I have done transfers to AA, CX, US, and KE, and for the US carriers, it has usually taken 1-2 weeks for miles to post (they all seem to be on fixed posting schedules, AA weekly, US bi-weekly, etc., but we don't have enough data to know exactly how the transfers work). GP+ is not the most well-run program, but 6 weeks does seem excessive, and I would call them to follow up.
