Usually flight coming back to Incheon takes about 2hsr and 40mins due to strong head wind. For ICN-NRT, it is about 2hrs 10mins.

Right, just like US-Asia flights take 2-3 hours more than the other way. It's the eastward Jet stream (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jet_stream) that can sometimes exceed 200 mph.

The other issue is NRT ATC which causes airlines to build in some extra time.

yesterday it was 95 mins in the air TO Narita. Ground speed showed well over 700 mph much of the way.
