Starwood Preferred Guest - Any Starwoods in Buenos Aires have a car rental counter?

I am heading to Argentina for about 10 days with my wife and we are going to spend the first few days in Buenos Aires before renting a car and driving to wine country, etc. So I don't want to get a car at the airport because I am guessing it will be a hassle in BA. Prefer to rent one at hotel or in city before leaving and return it to airport. Any ideas of Starwoods in Buenos Aires that have car rental in the hotel or at least very nearby? Thanks.

I seem to recall a desk at the Sheraton Convention Center/Towers, but can't remember the brand. These properties are also across the street from the train station, so there may be even more choices there.

My advice however is to double-check with a specific property before booking to ensure that this information is still accurate. I would hate to base a trip on expecting to rent a car on-site and then turning up and the car not being there. :)
