National - Luxury cars in San Antonio

My last three trips to SAT I reserved LUX car. In all 3 cases (including today) they didn't have any! Today they had Chargers and a Maxima on the luxury isle. :td: I complained and they said they would look for a nicer car, I didn't have time to wait.

I hear ya on that one. One great thing with National is on my corporate account there's little difference from Compact-Premium in pricing. The downside, of course, is there's little room for recourse when they effectively downgrade you.

I'd fire a complaint towards Emerald Club. Your receipts should show that you drove a lower class car on those three occasions and you might get a free day out of it to make peace.
