Is there a way to transfer 90,000 pts from SPG to CO Onepass at 1:1 or better rate?

The rate from SPG=>CO is 2:1, not 1:1. Even with the bonus that you get for 20K transactions the rates aren't very good. This changed from 1:1 about a year ago, IIRC, and I don't know of any ways to get back anywhere close to the 1:1 rate.

If you qualify under these rules:
1. Members with current Amtrak Guest Rewards Select or Select Plus status, or
2. Cardholders of the Amtrak Guest Rewards® MasterCard® issued by Chase Bank
You could transfer through Amtrak at 1:1 ratio, but there's a limit of 25k or 50k points per year, depending on your situation.
