Do you belong to any loyalty/comps programs that extend to European casinos?

I've seen a few small scale csinos but cannot recall any kind of loyalty rewards programs.

Hs your European casino(s) of choice made it worth your while to visit, lately?

Nobody?

How do London casino loyalty programs work?
(if anything exists below the 'whale' class of gambler). :p

From my brief and long-ago jaunt in a London casino, it appeared that the house would have little concern or interest in anybody not wearing Arab headgear and gambling at the deputy-oil-sheikh level. Also the club was not located in a hotel nor did they appear to have much of a restaurant -- so even if they were to give you a comp, what would you spend it on?

Hardly comparable to the shopping malls, multiple restaurants, and acreage of a Las Vegas resort. Just a hole in the wall full of sheikhs, and presumably spies.

Well the Empire, Sportsman, Fifty, Rendez-Vous Park Lane and Golden Nugget are all part of the same group, and they seem to have just started some sort of loyalty card, called Player Rewards, before that there was nothing. I havent given much table play so cant give more info then that im afraid. Might try to look into it later.

well, all I can tell you is that you need 11,000 points for a mini ipod, the stupid woman at the desk didnt know how points were accumulated for either slots or tables, but I suspect the answer is, VERY slowly!

Do you still have to register in advance at the London casinos/clubs, and then wait 24/48 hours before you can play, as in years past? Obviously, it's been many years since I've played blackjack in London (remember the Playboy Club near Hyde Park?) so my question may now be irrelevent.

Someone mentioned playing at a club somewhere in London surrounded by sheikhs......so there I was at a table at the Playboy Club in London in 1971, and I was the only one not wearing their outfits, or flashing their sizeable wad of banknotes. Guess times haven't changed that much.

So, no longer any waiting period? Is there a fee to join?

aceman, I'm guessing your smashing English accent doesn't get you very far in the London casinos. ;)

There was no fee to join any of the 4 London casinos I visited last month. Just show them your passport and you're good to go. One of the casinos gave me a players rewards card to track my play. I'm not in London often enough to make use of it so I did not use it. I didn't gamble much anyway.
