Air New Zealand Air Points - Full Fare Ticket Refund Policy?

Some carriers, e.g. SQ, charge an administrative fee to refund a full fare ticket. In SQ's case, a couple of years ago, the fee was around 1% of ticket value. Is such a fee charged by NZ - if so, how much is it?

it really depends what is deemed full fare, i had a "full fare" prem econ around 1 yr ago and nz charged me 200 to cancel then so whilst i though it was afull fare it was actaully a discounted prem economy and so the rules were that i had to pay , there is a good look on nz website to fare structures and cancel penaltys , so it pays to know eeaxcatly what fare class you are booking or indeed cancelling.

My experience a few years ago was a fee of AUD$50 for cancelling a fully refundable NZ shorthaul ticket. This was done at Sydney airport. I think this was in 2001, so much has probably changed since then...

They do charge service fees, but you can get around these by booking and canceling using the website.

Is there a way to search for full-fare prices online?
