Diners Club Club Rewards - DC transfer question

Good Morning.

I have a CC post asking for help with a DC transfer to a WN account with a two WN credit deficit.

A little research and a phone call lets me know that a MR transfer will not work because the MR account and the recipient WN account must be the same per a change in policy several months back per the AMEX MR rep.

Can someone enlighten me whether this strict rule applies within the DC program?

Yes, I can. It does not.
Except for a very few programs such as BA, DC points can be transferred openly to anybody.
As for Amex, ask FTer jessej for help. He knows how to transfer to a friend on the sly.
