American Express Membership Rewards - When does the new card arrive after a product change?

Seriously, 3 different reps, 3 different answers. They all range from 7-10 days all the way until the end of November. For anyone who has ever done a product change with AMEX, how long did the whole process take until the point you got your new card in the mail?

Green to Gold was 2 days (I had it expedited). Gold to plat was about a week. Plat to Centurion was next day.

YMMV.

It is 7-10 days (normal mail cycle) unless you get it expedited in which case it will come overnight.

Originally for my Plat they screwed up my billing info and didn't have the city so it got sent back and was stuck in some routing facility. I called them up and they expedited it to me and I got it the next day.

I had a replacement expedited as well.

This isn't really related to the topic of this thread, but I figured it's similar enough to post here, rather than start a new one: How soon before the expiration date do they send out new cards?

The last product change took about 2 weeks for the new cards to arrive.

I've always received mine the month before the card expires.
