I hope they have addressed a terrible problem with their booking engine, which is having a fare with first leg in business class and the continuation in First class. I have this problem always when I want to book a flight from gulf destination like bahrain, which has only biz class to AUH and continue on to YYZ in first class. The system refuse to let me get a fare or make a booking !!!! :confused:

Large improvement on before but still a long way to go.

Still looks lousy. Their font especially "National Airline of the UAE" should change, make it bigger and more appealing. Looks like somone copy pasted Times new roman font from MS Word.

In case anyone has a similar problem please note that Etihad's web-site currently does not accept Debit Card, as opposed to Credit Card, payments for on-line bookings
