The complaint says the episode started when he perched himself on the arm rest of a woman sitting his row in the first-class compartment, and she roused her sleeping husband, who told Mr. Guerrand-Hermès to move away. Instead, he moved closer.
The flight crew was notified and asked him to stay in his seat, but he refused, according to the complaint. The captain came out of the cockpit and approached Mr. Guerrand-Hermès, asking him to calm down and offering him another seat in first class.
