Only if the PER-SYD open-jaw doesn't count towards the mileage, right?

No reason to be confused: ground segments such as PER-SYD count toward the RTW miles. And with that segment, you're not even close to being under 29k miles.

I was under the impression that your question in the other thread implied that you were going SYD-BKK-HKG-LHR, which didn't reconcile with the price you gave me. Now, after e-mailing back and forth, I get it.
