As with any frequent flyer program, whether it is right for you depends on what you want out of it and you travel/spending pattern. There is no one program that is better than all the rest for everyone.
Do you most want free flights, upgrades or status benefits (such as lounge access, extra baggage allowance, etc)?
What is your travel pattern? Where do you fly, what class of travel (first, business, premium economy, economy), what type of fare, how often, etc.
Give some more information and we can help provide useful advice.
